Problem statement
In today's fast-paced and competitive job market, traditional resumes and portfolios often fail to capture the dynamic skills and creativity of Gen Z applicants. Progressive recruiters are seeking more interactive and authentic ways to evaluate candidates' abilities and potential. This approach allows applicants to showcase their skills in a more engaging and impactful manner. Additionally, our platform features advanced matching algorithms that align internship opportunities with candidates' specific skill sets, ensuring a better fit for both applicants and recruiters. This innovative solution not only enhances the application process but also fosters a more efficient and effective recruitment experience.
Project
overview
Workverse
Workverse is an app I designed to creatively showcase the portfolios of IADP (Industrial and Product Design) and DMA (Digital Media Arts) students. As a student in these fields, I wanted a platform that truly reflects our unique talents and skills. Workverse allows us to present our work in an engaging and interactive way, tailored specifically to our disciplines.
For IADP students, the app features product prototypes, and detailed project descriptions, allowing potential employers to explore our designs from every angle. For DMA students, it supports dynamic media such as animations, interactive graphics, and video projects, providing a comprehensive view of our creative capabilities.
